Stray Kids Lauded by STAYs for Fashion Inclusivity

Aside from breaking charts, Stray Kids is also among the vocal artists who defy gender norms. One of the manifestations of how Stray Kids break gender norms is how some members wear clothing that they think "best suits" them, regardless of gender.

For instance, Stray Kids' leader, Bang Chan, is often seen wearing crop tops. Interestingly, international media outlets have hailed Bang Chan as one of the celebrity males who effortlessly slay this fashion sense.

According to reports, whenever the Stray Kids' leader wears a crop top, he radiates both chic and punk style, which reveals the different facets of him as a person.

Alongside Bang Chan is his co-Aussie line, Felix, who was also praised by fans on how he is interested in Gigi and Bella Hadid's apparel in ELLE Korea 2021. The Stray Kids dancer expressed his love for wearing "fashion free of boundaries."

"I think it's really cool when a male model pulls off and digests female clothing really well as well as pull off extravagant hair and makeup." - Stray Kids Felix

Felix also shared that whenever he sees male models pulling female clothing, he begins to develop a curiosity to try wearing clothing that "breaks boundaries and imaginations."

Aside from the occurrences mentioned above, Stray Kids have practiced inclusivity by incorporating non-binary individuals in their speech and Lee Know wearing a "safety pin earring" that signified social and environmental consciousness.

Additionally, this fashion sense denotes that the wearer "is an ally of marginalized community" from which, the LGBTQ+ community is included.

More importantly, the 'Thunderous' hitmakers were seen to be exploring the Pride Events in New York when the boys performed at KCON 2018 in New York.

In response, Felix reacted by reaching his fans on the acrylic barrier.
