Up-and-Coming Actor Reveals He Pursued Acting To Meet Girls' Generation Taeyeon
A rising actor has confessed the real reason he pursued acting: to meet Girls' Generation's leader Taeyeon!
Recently, actor Kang Hoon appeared on the MBC talk show "Radio Star." During his appearance on the show, Kang Hoon talked about what led him to pursue action.

He revealed that the reason he pursued action was due to his look for Girls' Generation! He had thought about ways where he could meet the girl group and figured that he would have the chance if he chose to act. He stated,
"I was thinking of ways I could meet Girls' Generation. Then I thought to myself, 'Couldn't I become an actor?' That's how I began wanting to act."
When asked who his favorite member of Girls' Generation was, Kang Hoon didn't miss a beat in his response. He stated that his favorite member is none other than Taeyeon! He revealed that he is the first and last idol he ever liked and though he has never met her, he owns several pieces of merchandise of the female idol.

Kang Hoon confessed his desire to appear on "Amazing Saturday," a show where Taeyeon is a cast member of. He wishes to tell her how she inspired him to be an actor. He said,
"My favorite is Girls' Generation's Taeyeon. She was the first and last idol I have ever liked. I haven't met her eye. I own a lot of CDs signed by her and I even own her name tag. I want to appear on 'Amazing Saturday' and talk to her about how she inspired me to become an actor."
Kang Hoon then went the extra step, confessing his love for the idol. He heartfully addresses her, saying,
"Since you were there during my younger days, I was able to work hard and debut as an actor. I want to thank you. I have your CDs at home, and I hope you'll be able to sign them when I meet you. My love for you was like fire... Oh, never mind..."
Korean netizens who saw the post couldn't help but find his confession adorable. They hoped that the actor would be able to appear on "Amazing Saturday" and meet Taeyeon!
