Krystal Jung Special Appearance? aespa Shocks With Return of Virtual Self ae-aespa

aespa's virtual avatars, ae-aespa, will return to the music scene with new and improved CGs!

But wait... why are K-pop stans mentioning Krystal Jung? 

On Sept. 30th, aespa entered a new music era as the group released the teasers for its 5th mini-album, "Whiplash."

The quartet is set to make a full comeback on Oct. 21st, five months after the success of its first studio album, "Armageddon" in May.

Contrary to their cartoon-like CGs in the past, they were now in 3D with realistic human features, accurately resembling their human selves. 

However, the one who captured the most attention is ae-Giselle, who surprisingly reminded K-pop stans of f(x) Krystal Jung. 

The avatar has pink hair and an unconventional eye accessory that resembles the member's recent style but feature-wise especially its nose, face shape, and physique, it was like the former SM Entertainment artist. It almost feels like Krystal is in aespa. 

The combination of the two stars' features excites netters and fans as Giselle, since her debut, has always been mistaken as the "little sister" of the f(x) member due to their uncanny similarities. 

Interestingly, Giselle and Krystal were also real-life friends!
