Nobel Prize winner Han Kang revealed that this AKMU song brought her to tears while in a taxi, and it also helped her in writing her book "I Do Not Bid Farewell."

After publishing the novel in 2021, Han Kang made an appearance on her publisher's YouTube channel, where she revealed that AKMU's 2019 song "How can I love the heartbreak, you're the one I love" inspired her writing.

"I finished writing the first draft and got into a taxi when this song started playing," she revealed. "I thought it was a familiar, well-known song, but the last part of the lyrics took on a completely different meaning, and I found myself in tears without even realizing it."

Han Kang also specified the lyrics that resonated with her greatly: "How could I, to you/ Our love so deep as the ocean/ Waiting till it runs dry will be our farewell."

With this passage, the novelist reflected, "It's impossible for the ocean to dry up. But that image came to mind, and I remember shedding tears in the taxi like someone with a story."
