New Drama "Flower Boy Band" Adds Strong Music Director, Lee Je Hak

The roster for TvN’s “Flower Boy Band” just got stronger. The new drama series which has yet to air picked up a big name in Lee Je Hak. The veteran music director will join the staff and be responsible for the music in “Flower Boy Band”.

 Lee Je Hak has an impressive resume as a music director for several films and television series. Lee Je Hak was the one who directed the music for the popular films “Take Off” and “200 Pounds Beauty”. Lee Je Hak also directed the music for the SBS television drama “I Am Legend”.

“Flower Boy Band” is a 16 episode romance drama that focuses on the friendship, love and passion surrounding the high school rock band, Easy on the Eyes. Being able to pick up such a heavy hitter like Lee Je Hak is crucial considering the show is about music and the life of a band.

It seems Lee Je Hak will be a good fit on the shows’ team. “Director Lee Je Hak is not only producing songs just for Flower Boy Band, but is also giving careful advice to the members on anything related to music.” stated a producer. Producers seem to be very confident and satisfied with the addition to Lee Je Hak, going on to say, “Director Lee Je Hak’s talented musical senses will be melted into the piece.”

“Flower Boy Band” will feature new faces such as actors Sung Joon, Infinite’s L, Jo Bo Ah and Kim Min Suk. The first episode is scheduled to air January 30.
