Kim Kardashian’s Baby Weight Revealed: Premature Daughter Weighed 4 Pounds, 15 Ounces At Birth

Kim Kardashian's premature baby's weight is revealed.

North West, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, was born five weeks early, and according to an Us Weekly source, weighed only 4 pounds and 15 ounces at birth.

"She's tiny and perfect," another source told Us Weekly. "She looks just like Kim -- with her dark hair and some of her features."

The little girl may take after her mother, who is just 5'2" tall, Hello! Magazine reports.

Unlike her sister Kourtney, Kim did not feature the birth of North, nicknamed Nori, on television. Kourtney shared the birth of her children, Mason and Penelope, on their reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

According to Hello! Magazine, Kim made this decision in respect to the privacy of her boyfriend, Kanye, as well as to her child.

Kim has also been uncharacteristically quiet on social media after Nori's birth nine days ago, on June 15. No official comment has come from Kim or Kanye yet, though Kim's family confirmed the news of the birth on Twitter.

A source says that Kim is breastfeeding, and that Nori is putting on weight and "doing very well," People magazine reports.

The new family left the hospital last Friday to an undisclosed private location.

Kanye West is set to make his first public appearance since Nori's birth on 27 June for a party in Los Angeles hosted by True Magazine, to celebrate the publication's 14th anniversary. It is reported that he will join friend and fellow new father Jay-Z at the bash.
