Jodi Arias Gets Casey Anthony Lifetime Movie Treatment: 3.1 Million Viewers Tune In, Arias Uses Twitter To Tweet About Her Sentence
Jodi Arias is not one to sit idly by while awaiting her sentence. Just this past weekend, a Lifetime movie depicting her relationship with murdered ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander aired, even while she updated her Twitter followers about her uncertain fate.
I'm not currently accepting donations 4 appeals. Just don't know yet if I will plea or appeal.

Arias is on trial for the murder of ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander which took place in 2008, reportedly involving 27 stab wounds, a gunshot wound to the head, and a slit throat. On May 8, 2013, the jury found her guilty of first-degree murder and made her eligible for the death penalty. Since then, the question of death penalty versus life has plagued the trial. Currently Arias is behind bars awaiting a retrial on the sentencing phase, according to Christian Post. But that hasn't stopped the 33-year-old from tweeting to her some 70,000 followers and advertising her art projects.

But nothing quite compares to getting your own Lifetime movie a la Casey Anthony.
"Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret" premiered over the weekend to 3.1 million viewers. 1.3 million adults 25-54, 1.2 million adults 18-49, and 927,000 women 25-54.
Tania Raymonde ("Lost") portrays Jodi during her tumultuous relationship with Alexander (Jesse Lee Soffer), focusing primarily on their sexual escapades.
"It's blunt, ugly, shallow, and-maybe worst of all-pretty boring. Again, if there's anything interesting about this case it's what made Arias tick, what was going on in her kooky brain that made her think she might get away with murder," writes AV Club contributor Josh Modell.
"Her trial offered at least some insight - she was on the stand for an incredible 18 days of testimony - but this movie just brushes over the court case in the last ten minutes, offering only the most minor details."
