Jackie Chan Still Alive: Chinese 'Enter The Dragon' Actor Uses Facebook to Refute Reports of Death by Heart Attack, Filming 'Police Story 2013' with co-star, Lui Ye

Jackie Chan, the world famous movie star from China, is not dead. Recent reports said he had died of a heart attack but the Enter The Dragon superstar proved he is very much alive.

Chan has been the target of a cruel prank recently with death reports about him circulating on the internet that he has to keep continually refuting. 

Chan was flooded with phone calls and messages from worried friends after his return from the 2013 Chinese Film Festival inauguration in New Delhi, India on Thursday, June 20. 

"These few years, there has repeatedly been false news which has caused my fans and friends who care about me, to worry if I am dead!" Chan said on his Facebook page.

The Rush Hour star wrote a personal message on his Facebook page on Friday along with a photo holding the June 21 newspaper copy to prove that he is doing just fine and is alive.

"Tell everyone! Ha ha! To make people believe it, please look at the photo! Thank you for everyone's concern and love!" Chan stated with the hopes that the fake death reports will now stop.

Chan his currently working on his upcoming film Police Story 2013 and images from the movie have already surfaced on social media sites.

Sheng Ding of Little Big Soldier and Underdog Knight 1 & 2will be directing the movie. Chan will be playing the China Interpol officer with a different hair style compared to the traditional long hair.

Chinese actress Lui Ye has been cast to portray Jackie Chan's daughter in the upcoming movie.
