‘We Got Married’ Chinese Version Air in February

MBC’s ‘We Got Married’ will be making it into China.

The program production team announced the Chinese version to be in production which will air tentatively beginning of February. The program will first begin with two pilot episodes to decide how the program will be further developed.

The first cast for the Chinese version are T-ara’s Hyomin and Super Junior’s Kyuhyun. Hyomin will be a couple with Chinese idol group BoBo’s Fu Xinbo while Kyuhyun will be with actress Yedda Chen.

The program will have total of three couples. MBC representatives shared, “MBC and SMG will co-produce the project. If the pilot program receives positive response then we’ll develop the format further.”

In the beginning the Chinese version will run as the same format as the Korean version. The program itself is highly anticipated as idols have been reaching out overseas.

The first pilot of Chinese version will air on February 11-12 through SMG.
