Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Release Date, Features Rumors: ‘Phablet’ To Begin Mass Production In August May Have LCD Display

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date is still a bit of a gray area, but rumors about its launch and features continue to grow.

Though the South Korea-based smart phone maker has not made any announcement yet regarding the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date, experts are already expecting the device to have its grand reveal during the FIA event happening in September, according to a report from The Washington Times Communities.

However, there are also Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date rumors suggesting that the smart phone may have an earlier launch, since the orders for the Galaxy S4 have decreased from 10 million to only 6 million units for the month of July. But more recent unofficial news coming from Korea claimed that the mass manufacturing process of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 may begin in August, which could mean that the projected announcement in September may go as planned.

Aside from the continuously swirling Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date rumors, unverified claims about its specs and features make the fans even more excited about the phablet's arrival. One of the most recent buzz about Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features is that it may come with an LCD display.

Though there were claims about the Note 3 featuring a 5.99 inch full HD Super AMOLED display with screen resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, a new report suggests that another version of the upcoming phablet may come with an LCD display, since there is a high demand for OLED panels, as cited in a post made by Geeky Gadgets.

Samsung may be selling various versions of Galaxy Note 3, depending on the demand from a certain market, as it is believed the phablet may also sport different processors in various countries. Reportedly, the US and European version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor while another version will use the Samsung Exynos 5429 processor.

Other Samsung Galaxy Note 3 feature rumors include a 13MP camera, 3G or 4G LTE version, 2GB or 3GB RAM and storage options of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.
