All 2013 NBA Free Agents Available Including Restricted Free Agents [List]
The 2013 NBA free agency period started last night when the clock struck 12:00 o'clock EST. So which NBA players are now free agents, and which are restricted free agents. Here's a handy list to have on hand if you're wondering which players are available.
Keep in mind, a restricted free agent can be given an offer sheet to sign with another team, but the player's original team can match any offer and the player cannot leave if his team matches.
For unrestricted free agents, they can meet and sign with whichever team can afford to pay their contract under the NBA's new salary cap structures, and makes an offer.
