Naomi Campbell Walks The Versace Runway For The First Time In Almost 15 Years, Calls It An 'Emotional Evening' At Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week

Naomi Campbell walked the runway and opened the Versace Atelier Autumn/Winter 2013 fashion show at the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week on Sunday. It was the first time Naomi was on the runway in almost 15 years.

Campbell wore a tight, black outfit, with a plunging neckline held together by tiny hooks, bedazzled with Swarovski crystals, showing that the British supermodel has still got it at 43 years old. On her shoulders she wore a sparkly, black knitted coat, which matched her long, sleek dark hair.

It was Naomi's first show for the Italian brand in 14 years, The Daily Mail reports. She returned to the runway with a bang, demonstrating her incredible genes, smooth face, sharp cheekbones, and amazing toned body.

Naomi later wore a velvet dress with cut out panels and hook and eye detailing, The Daily Mail writes.

Celebrities Uma Thurman, Emma Roberts, Zachary Quinto and Mena Suvari sat front row to watch the show, according to The Huffington Post. Sir Elton John's husband David Furnish also made an appearance.

ABC News reports that Uma Thurman gasped in appreciation when Naomi did her famous strut past the actress - that notorious walk is probably the reason why she has been able to hold onto her illustrious career.

Naomi, who is a veteran model, is sharing her advice in the business as a mentor on "The Face," a modeling reality show.

Speaking about her return to the catwalk Naomi said: "I'm so happy to be here in Paris tonight to walk for Donatella [Versace]. We've known each other over 25 years now. Straight away I felt like part of the family, everybody was so warm and supportive. And of course there was Gianni. Apart from being one of the most inspirational and respected of designers of all time, he was like a brother to me...always there in good and bad times the memory will never fade. So as you can tell this is an emotional evening for me. It really is a great privilege to be here."
