Kingdom Hearts 3 Release Update: New Details of Action RPG To Be Revealed At Tokyo Game Show And D23 Expo Japan; Character Artwork Shared By Square Enix

According to The Examiner, citing Gaming Union, Tetsuya Nomura, responsible for directing the development of the game, shared that more information about Kingdom Hearts 3 release will be disclosed at D23 Expo Japan and Tokyo Game Show, happening both this year.

For D23 Expo Japan happening in August, it was revealed that a number of popular Japanese voice actors will be present to discuss the project and give information about the highly-anticipated game, Kingdom Hearts 3. Also, the director is hopeful that there will be new information to be unveiled regarding Kingdom Hearts 3 release at Tokyo Game Show, which will be held in September.

Square Enix' Kingdom Hearts 3 release is set for gaming platforms like Sony PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Kingdom Hearts 3 gameplay revolves around the post events of Kingdom Hearts 3 3D: Dream Drop Distance which was made for Nintendo 3DS. Kingdom Hearts 3 will be the last game to be released for the Dark Seeker Saga.

Kingdom Hearts 3's developer, Square Enix recently shared a new character artwork (shown above) for the forthcoming game. The action-packed video game will use next-generation technologies and will feature favorite characters like Mickey, Donald and Goofy.

Relatively little is known about the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 release especially when it comes to its gameplay. However, few translated Famitsu scans have hinted that there is a possibility of Riku, Kaira and Sora will be fighting along with one another.

According to Latin Times, "Square Enix said it was "extremely, extremely happy" to announce Kingdom Hearts 3 at E3, and confirmed that it would be available on Xbox One in all regions, including Japan."

Current details about Kingdom Hearts 3 release described the game as "the next core sequel" and it is expected to be more mature than the past instalments of the game. Furthermore, no firm Kingdom Hearts 3 release date is specified yet, but accordingly, the game will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in early 2014.
