Gena Charmaine Avery, New Wife of Matthew Knowles [VIDEO], Father and Former Manager of Beyonce, Solange Knowles, No-Show at Wedding?!

Matthew Knowles divorced Beyonce and Solange Knowles' mother, Tina Knowles, less than 2 years ago.  However Matthew Knowles has quickly moved on, marrying model Gena Charmaine Avery last summer in Houston, Texas.

Matthew told TMZ: "Unfortunately, Beyonce and Solange had previous engagements which made it impossible for them to attend."

According to the Daily Mail, Beyonce is currently in the middle of her Mrs. Carter world tour.  Solange Knowles is touring to promote her new EP True.

Solange Knowles performed at the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans the night before Beyonce also took to the stage at the Super Dome.

Mathew Knowles married former realtor, Gina, 48, following an 18 month engagement.  Matthew split from from his wife Tina in 2009.  It was revealed that he had an affair and a baby boy, Nixon, with actress Alexsandra Wright.

Mathew Knowles quit his job as a medical equipment salesman to manage Beyonce's early group, Girl's Tyme.  The group eventually morphed into Destiny's Child in 1990.

Twenty-one years later, in 2011, Beyonce ended their professional relationship, stating that their personal relationship remained full 'of love'.  Ties were not easy to sever with Mathew having producer credits on many of Beyonce's projects.

Rumours circulated about more going on behind-the-scenes than Beyonce let on as Mathew and Tina headed for divorce.
