2NE1 “I Am The Best” Still Going on Strong

As popularity of artists shift quickly it’s been noted that K-Pop has become successful around Asia and throughout the world. Among many groups, 2NE1 has been noted for their song “I Am The Best.”

The song has gained much success as their music video got over 1,000,000 hits in one day. The song has climbed up the charts still the popularity of the song hasn’t died.

The music video has over 30,000,000 views, actually being close to 31.3 M and is ranked within the top 10 most viewed music videos, along with “Lonely” and “Hate you. “

2NE1 shared, “We worked hard to show many sides of us in the “I Am The Best” music video, therefore I believe that is what attracted the people. We want to make more cool videos in the future.”

Although 2NE1 hasn’t made an official debut in the States they were voted MTV Iggy’s Best New Band in the World 2011.
