Jennifer Aniston Wished She Had Gone To Therapy Earlier- Because Of Brad Pitt? Wants To "Undo" Damage With Justin Theroux

Jennifer Aniston is starring in "Squirrels To The Nuts"-but she's glad she's not nuts- thanks, in part, to workign on her issues.

Aniston revealed that she spent a lot of her 30s unhappy-but she's in love with her fiancé, Justin Theroux, and much happier now.

And, she says, she wishes she would have gone to therapy earlier. In an interview for Glamour magazine, when asked what she would have changed in her 30s, she said "Go to therapy."

For much of her 30s, Jennifer was married to or divorcing Brad Pitt...which may hve something to do with that answer. Still, self-satisfaction is something that seems difficjult for Aniston, as she told her "We're the Millers" co-star Jason Sudeikis in the Glamour interview.

"Thirties. Go to therapy. Clean up all of the s--t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self."

But, she said, she's doing better now, thanks to new fiancé Justin Theroux.

"You can undo a lot of things," Aniston said.

Once you learn to love yourself and believe in yourself, Aniston said, others love you also.

"If you're not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice. That's the thing I really feel."

"You actually deserve to have a family," she added. "And once you meet yourself, and truly love yourself, then you attract that."
