Jodie Foster Rescues Jamie Lee Curtis After Car Accident: All That Bone-Strengthening Yogurt Means Actress Is "Fine"

Jamie Lee Curtis got into a car accident on Thursday that was serious in a heavily-trafficked area of Los Angeles.

She was taken to a hospital via ambulance...after Jodie Foster rescued the star.

Yes, really. Jamie called Jodie Foster and she came to the scene right away-like something out of a movie.

Some have speculated that this means the two are dating...but this has not been confirmed.

The Los Angeles Police department has confirmed that Curtis was involved in a collision at 10:10 a.m. on Thursday at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and Rose Avenue in Venice Beach, California.

She called Jodie Foster, who rushed to the scene.

Curtis complained of "pain" and was rushed to the hospital but is home resting.
'Jamie was indeed a passenger in a car involved in a collision this a.m.,' a rep said. 'She went to the hospital to be checked out, but she is fine and is home resting.'

The accident occurred in a busy section of Venice, CA. Jamie was a passenger in a black Yukon SUV. It crashed into a BMW. Sounds about right, Los Angeles.

Two people were both taken to the ER in separate ambulances. The other person involved had very serious injuries and is still in the hospital. Thankfully, Jamie Lee Curtis' injuries were moderate and she is home resting.

Hopefully, she's eating lots of Activia to make sure her bones are strong.
