Xbox One Release Date Set For November 5, Revealed By ‘Call Of Duty: Ghosts’ Ad Poster [PHOTO]; Watch VIDEO Of Microsoft’s Unboxing Of Next-Gen Game Console

It is for certain that Xbox One release date is already set for the month of November. However, Microsoft fans are still eagerly waiting for the official announcement of the exact Xbox One release date.

In the midst of all the curiosity regarding Xbox One release date, an ad poster released for "Call of Duty: Ghosts" may have inadvertently leaked what the Xbox One enthusiasts are looking for. The poster may have revealed the official Xbox One release date.

Check out the photo above this article which was spotted first by OXM, as cited by International Business Times. According the post, the "Call of Duty: Ghosts" poster was taken from the official Xbox One website. The image depicts the launch schedule of "Call of Duty: Ghosts" which may also be the official Xbox One release date because it only mentions the Xbox One, accompanied by the Xbox One Logo and the Xbox One box art. This is interesting since "Call of Duty: Ghosts" will be available for various platforms including PS3, Xbox 360, PS4 and PC. This led experts to ask why Xbox One is particularly singled out in the poster.

However, the site was updated later one, editing the initial ad poster for "Call of Duty: Ghosts" to explicitly show that the November 5 "Call of Duty: Ghosts" release date is only for the Xbox 360, and not Xbox One.

For the Xbox one version of the box art, there was a plastered "Coming Soon." (Edited photo is posted right below.)

IB Times noted on their report," Microsoft hasn't released any official statements, but considering that November 5th is weeks away from Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year, we wouldn't be surprised if November 5th was in fact the Xbox One's official release date."

Meanwhile, as Xbox One release date approaches in three months' time, Microsoft released a video as it unboxes the upcoming Xbox One. According to CNET, during the unboxing, Microsoft used the Day One edition of Xbox One, which includes a unique controller, a special Day One packaging and digital achievement.
