Kim Kardashian Bikini Body Post Baby Weight Loss Debut [VIDEO] Diet and Exercise Tips and Secrets As Star Waits to Fully Unveil Her Curvy Post Baby Body

Kim Kardashian's bikini body made her famous, and she has struggled with pregnancy weight gain and her post baby weight loss diet.  She is looking to get back in to shape with some extreme diet and exercise measures, and has been avoiding the public eye until she looks like that famous body she is known for on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

A source told US Weekly: "[Kim] won't leave the house until she's thinner."  But that plan to debut her post baby body weight loss may be backfiring, according to Radar Online.

A source talked to Radar about Kim's recent reclusiveness due to her post baby body weight loss concerns: "Kim is used to having millions of adoring fans begging to see her all the time.  But there has been a shift in her fan base and she's getting nervous that people don't care as much about her.

"After all the excitement the whole world had for Kate Middleton's royal baby, Kim had hoped that people would care about her that much, but now she's freaking out that they're not."

Kim recently appeared on her mom Kris Jenner's talk show via satellite, but she did not show her full post baby body weight loss yet.  She has also done videos for the social video network Keek.

Kim Kardashian is pursuing a post baby weight loss diet regimen full of healthy foods.  A source told Star Magazine: "She has a chef making her fresh green juices of kale, celery, spinach, collard greens and cilantro.  They make up 80 percent of her diet, and the other 20 percent consists of low-fat chicken and a light salad or steamed veggies."

The source told Star magazine that she is trying to eat 1200 calories a day.  Kim has the help of a personal chef to make her meals.  However, perhaps she should consult a dietician.  1200 calories is very low for a nursing mother.  Breastfeeding alone burns 500 calories a day.   Eating less than your basal metabolic rate can lower metabolism.

Kim Kardashian is said to be training with trainer Tracy Anderson, who also trains Gwenyth Paltrow and Madonna.  Tracy Anderson says Kim is "very motivated".  Tracy Anderson has come under fire for her weight loss methods and business practices.
