Aside from the curiosity as to when is the exact Samsung Galaxy Note 3 release date, enthusiasts are also wondering if it will run at launch the upcoming Google mobile OS that is currently dubbed as Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.

However, recent reports are disputing this rumor as it is already confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will run the latest version of Android, the 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box. The validation for this news comes in a form of a certification for DLNA compliance.

Android Authority posted, "The Galaxy Note 3 variants destined for the South Korean market were spotted on the DLNA's certification website with Android 4.3 mentioned as an operating system."

The Galaxy Note 3 variants include N900S, SM-N900L, SM-N900K, which are going to launch on SK Telecom, LG Unplus and Korea Telecom, respectively.

Aside from running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update at launch, other Samsung Galaxy Note 3 specs include a powerful Snapdragon 800 processor, OIS camera, 5.7, its trademark, S Pen stylus and a 5.7-inch display screen.
