An official PlayStation 4 release date is not yet announced but it seems that the demand for the next-generation game console from Sony is already very high.

Although there is no confirmation yet, reports about PlayStation 4 release date point to a 4th quarter, or more specifically, a November arrival of the console to make it in time for the holiday and shopping season.

Telegraph specified that even though a PlayStation 4 release date has not been set yet, it is expected in the UK that it will arrive before December, "allowing it to compete with the new Xbox for a slice of the Christmas market."
