‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 4 Cast: Jon Snow, Ygritte Break Up Becomes Real; Kit Harington, Rose Leslie Split, Leslie Already Dating A New Boyfriend

"Game of Thrones" co-stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have reportedly split, after a brief off-screen romance. Their characters, Jon Snow and Ygritte, also broke up dramatically on the season 3 finale of the HBO series. Leslie is already dating a new man.

MSN reports that, according to Britain's Mail on Sunday, the actors break up comes just a few months after they started dating, following a close relationship developing from their "Game of Thrones" characters' romance.

A source tells the publication, "Rose and Kit are no longer together. Rose has a new boyfriend who is not in the public eye. She is eager to keep this relationship out of the spotlight."

The former couple played onscreen lovers Ygritte and Jon Snow on "Game of Thrones."

Ironically, the last time Jon Snow and Ygritte were seen was in the season 3 finale, when Snow betrayed Ygritte and the wildlings. Ygritte caught up with him and shot him with three arrows, nearly killing him, Enstarz reports, bringing a swift end to their love affair.

Despite the sad news for fans of their on and off screen relationship, Harington seems to be staying positive and focusing on work.

He has described the upcoming fourth season as his "favorite" so far.

Talking to Yahoo TV, the actor said: "I've got great hopes for this season. I've read it and it's fantastic. You're going to love it."
