EXO’s Tao Injured While FIlming... What Happened?

Boy group EXO member Tao was injured while filming on set of MBC Korean Thanksgiving special "Idol Star Olympics." However, EXO says his injury won't be affecting their activities.

According to EXO's agency on September 4, "Tao just hit his back against the bar so the muscles are a little shocked. It's not a big injury. There won't be any interference in EXO's musical activities." It's really a relief that the injury wasn't major. Can you imagine if Tao had to sit out the next couple concerts due to his injury? Yikes!

On September 3 Tao was filming at the set of "Idol Star Olympics" at the Goyang Olympic Stadium. They had a high jump competition, and when he jumped he fell and got injured on the scene. It was later revealed that after he fell, he was helped up and taken out of the stadium. He was then driven to a healthcare professional to retrieve treatment for his injuries.

"Idol Star Olympics" filming took place at the Goyang Stadium in Geyonggi-do. There was a myriad of famous stars appearing on the show, including 2AM, Miss A, Henry, BEAST, Infinite, ZE:A, Secret, Rainbow, Girl's Day, Roh Ji Hoon, and Goo Ja Myung. The hosts include Defcon, Kim Jae Dong, Jun Hyun Moo, Lee Gigwang, and Huh Il Hoo.
