BEAST member Yang Yoseob revealed his secret dieting method on KBS2 "Vitamin."

On this episode of KBS2 "Vitamin," they discussed the new revolutionary way of eating intermittently throughout the day rather than three solid meals a day. The cast members and guests discussed what kinds of diets they've tired. BEAST's Lee Kikwang and Yang Yoseob revealed their own dieting secrets that helped create their sexy abs.

Lee Kikwang said, "6 days of the week I go on a strict diet, and 1 day I eat whatever I want to eat. I also exercise regularly every single day."

Yang Yoseob said, "After considering a lot of different methods of dieting, I recently took up boxing. Now that I'm boxing, I feel like my body is becoming more toned, and I am naturally losing weight." He even struck a boxing pose for the studio audience.

Not only did they discuss dieting methods, they also had a corner called "Dangerous Table." Lee Kikwang was diagnosed as extremely athletic, not much unlike professional athletes. This news is rumored to have surprised all the guests.
