G-Dragon's "Crooked" Review: Yay or Nay?

The swagger! The androgyny! The fashion! The originality! Can we jut have G-Dragon 24/7 please? YG, do you hear me?

G-Dragon is the only, only, only, pop star who is a music idol and simultaneously a fashion icon. Have you seen the outfits in "Crooked"? He goes from grungy, to bad boy street thug, to punk rock, to "Grease's" Travolta, to avaunt garde, to boy next door, to an EDM loving fan, to a goth, to flamboyant and fabulous, to downright game-changing. His movements, facial expressions, the way he stays in his element while pushing envelopes is entirely fascinating to watch. He's an artist that intellectualizes and artistically creates his career in a way that no one else in K-pop has done or is doing.

I love the song first of all, it's got that G-Dragon hip-hop/pop we love with a sprinkle of bad-assness. You know that anytime you open a G-Dragon video to play and watch, you won't be disappointed. And that's what makes an artist exciting to follow and watch. G-Dragon is one of the few artists who has the ability to keep audiences on their toes and unlike many music stars who venture out into acting, he stays true to his music roots and continues to bring us bigger and better.

More G-Dragon! More G-Dragon! More G-Dragon!
