Eminem Awkward Live TV ESPN Moment: [VIDEO] Freaked Out Marshall Mathers Almost Fails Promoting New Album During Michigan-Notre Dame Game

Eminem awkward live TV ESPN moment during Saturday football with Brent Musberger and Kurt Herbstreit during the Notre Dame-Michigan primetime game.

"Live TV kind of freaks me out," Eminem said during his awkward moment and appearance in the ESPN booth. That is when Herbstreit asked about the album. He asked what was the Detroit rapper looking forward to most for his eighth-studio album, "Marshall Mathers LP 2."

The awkward live TV moment on ESPN by Eminem continued with his simple response. "Um, nothing," the "Berzerk" singer said at first.

"No, when it'll be out Nov. 5, I'll probably be most excited to be done with it. It's called 'Marshall Mathers II.' It's kind of a revisit to the first 'Marshall Mathers' album," was Eminem's new answer to the original question.

It got to a point that Musberger asked Eminem if the Detroit Lions would cover the 4 1/2 spread against the Minnesota Vikings.

"I'm not sure, man," he said. "I don't ever make a prediction on the Lions, because I don't want to jinx it."

It closed in a strange way as well, when Eminem mentioned that he would like to have Musberger, Al Michaels and John Madden commentate the Lions in the Super Bowl one day. He called Musberger a legend, while telling Herbstreit he's good too.

"You are the legend, my friend," replied Musberger, who then reeled off a number of his chart-topping numbers," Musberger responded.
