PlayStation Vita TV Micro-Console $99 Coming To U.S. With Debut In Japan Nov. 14 Allowing Players To Stream Games From The PS4 To A Seperate TV Connected To PS Vita TV

PlayStation Vita TV micro-console is coming to the U.S. eventually before it makes its debut on Nov. 14 in Japan. The Sony Corporation made the announcement Monday for this new creation.

The announcement of the PlayStation Vita TV micro-console happened Monday at a Sony Computer Entertainment Japan presentation.

It was revealed that the PlayStation Vita TV micro-console launches in Japan on November 14th, and will cost 9,480 Yen ($95). A special verison of it, packing an 8 gig Vita memory card and a DualShock 3 controller, will cost 14,980 ($150). It sounds like it will eventually be released in the west, though a specific release date (as well as pricing information) is still unknown, according to IGN.com.

The system will support Remote Play compatibility with the PlayStation 4, allowing players to stream games from the PS4 to a seperate TV connected to PS Vita TV, and will also allow users to stream content from video services such as Hulu and Niconico, as well as access the PlayStation Store. The system will release in Japan on November 14, 2013, with an international release yet to be announced.
