Watch The Big Bang Theory Season 7 Premiere Promo As Johnny Galecki Sells Sitcom To Fox, Jim Parsons Thinks CBS Hit Could Last '11 To 12 Years'

"The Big Bang Theory" season 7 premiere is just around the corner, and the first promo is out for "The Hofstadter Insufficiency" promo.

Premiering September 26, "The Big Bang Theory" continues to defy the odds with high viewership long into the series, and cast member Jim Parsons believes it could last for a long, long time.

"Part of me thinks this show could go 11 or 12 years," says Parsons regarding "The Big Bang Theory" according to Huffington Post.

"We seem to be a bit of an anomaly in that we're holding on to a sizable audience, and it doesn't fluctuate."

"God knows it's been one of the best things that's ever happened to me in my life. From here on out, nothing I do -- no matter how different or divergent it gets -- won't be tied in some way to 'Big Bang.'"

Indeed, as "The Big Bang Theory" season 7 rolls around, cast member Johnny Galecki is not only honing his acting chops, but also his producing skills.

According to Digital Spy, Johnny Galecki has sold a sitcom to Fox, called "Here's Your Damn Family."

In collaboration with "Family Guy" writer Ricky Blitt and producer Stephen McPherson, the sitcom is about a 30-year-old man living with his mother who must deal with a new father-in-law and his three children.

Jim Parsons is also reportedly working on a sitcom idea about child geniuses called "Prodigies."

Clearly, "The Big Bang Theory" season 7 will be a busy year as both actors juggle their various commitments.
