Breaking Bad Final Season: Bryan Cranston Talks On The End Of Walter White, Dismisses ‘Batman Vs Superman’ Rumor

"Breaking Bad" will break hearts when the series finale airs, and Bryan Cranston will totally miss his character, Walter White. The Emmy-Award winning actor also dismisses the pervasive rumor linking him to the "Man of Steel" sequel.

Bryan Cranston, the 57 year-old actor, was still embracing his character in his thoughts about the latest episode. It featured his best dramatic moments as his character, Walter White had to confess about his crimes in the past five seasons after being betrayed by Jessy (played by Aaron Paul).

"He's a rat! He broke the code," Cranston rages in his interview with "Talking Bad." The actor gets emotional when he reflects on his character's eventual demise: "This has been the ultimate role for me I can't imagine a role that can match this. This has been an amazing journey for me. It was very sad to let it go and sometimes you have to just release the grip and move on and that's what we have to do."

He further explains the connection between his character and himself: "I am him, he is me. For six years I haven't attempted to be so objective to it because I'm playing him and when you're playing a character you don't want to judge, you just want to live it."

Meanwhile, Cranston's name has been reported as the choice for the role of Lex Luthor in the "Man of Steel" sequel (tentatively titled "Batman vs Superman). While it may be a perfect match for most observers, it's not gonna happen...yet.

In an interview with the Boston Globe, Cranston addresses the report that he has signed on for six movies:  "Six? This is all news to me. I think that maybe my name is bandied about because I'm known to be bald. 'What bald guy can we get?' The reality is they can take any actor and shave his head or put a bald cap on him."

That's sad news for Breaking Bald..err, Breaking Bad fans who will miss Walter White.
