SISTAR’s Dasom to Star in KBS ‘Beans and Fields’

There is talk of girl group Sistar member Dasom starring in KBS 1TV's drama "Beans and Fields."

According to multiple sources, Dasom has been offered the female lead role of Song Deul Im, who is an aspiring musical actress.

On the morning of the 11th, a rep from Dasom's agency stated, "We are in the process of review but nothing has been confirmed yet."

"Beans and Fields" is about three families who learn to appreciate each other and apologize for hurting one another in the midst of an individualistic society. It will be directed by PD Lee Duk Gun, who previously worked on projects such as "TV Novel Love, My Love," and "Happiness in the Wind," and will be written by Hong Young Hee, who wrote "Moon and Stars for You."

"Beans and Fields" is set to air after the 15-episode "A Tale of Two Sisters" ends, sometime in November.
