Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Will Move In To A New Home: ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Actress In-Charge Of Renovating Their $11M Bel Air Mansion

Celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been recently photographed riding their $750,000-worth Lamborghini Aventador as they toured the upscale gated community nestling their multi-million dollar Bel Air Home.

The new parents are currently living in the mansion of Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner. With the arrival of baby North West, the couple is more determined than ever to have their own place.

The Armenian actress is the one supervising the renovation of the Mediterranean mansion. While the mansion was bought for $10,750,000, the couple is willing to shell out more cash just to make their abode reflect their personalities.

The stunning mansion originally came with wrought-iron staircases, old world chandeliers, and other antique fittings which were mostly removed to make way for Kardashian's choice of designs. Occupying 10,000 square feet, Kardashian understandably had some problems with the electric, water, and heating sectors of the place that she needed to completely rewire everything.

The furnishings of the house will also match the opulence the couple is aiming for. The two have reportedly hired the company which supplies furnishings to London's luxurious Savoy Hotel. For six special-edition luxury beds alone, the couple spent £750,000. Four gold-plated toilets were similarly bought for £487,000.

Costing £125,000 each, the limited-edition Savoir Royal Bed is crafted from an exceptional combination of cashmere, lamb's wool, and Mongolian horse hair. Each bed takes hundreds of hours to produce. The beds are also covered in decadent silk whose material is similar to the one being used in the creation of Hermes ties. Only 60 pieces of beds have been created explaining their costly price tags.

An insider claims what Kardashian is aiming for: "An Italian-style villa with a gym, movie theater, full hair and make-up salon, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor and outdoor pool."

Apart from West and Kardashian, other celebrities living in the neighborhood include actress Jennifer Aniston, basketball player Chris Paul, and entertainment franchise Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.
