Jennifer Aniston Strips In ‘We’re The Millers:’ Still Can’t Shed ‘Good Girl’ Image

Jennifer Aniston plays the role of a stripper in her latest comedy "We're The Millers." Yet, despite having diverse roles, she is still considered as Hollywood's 'Good Girl.'

In an interview with DOTW News, she talks about being a stripper joining a criminal on the run: "I didn't mind, honestly, that didn't bother me. The main concern was trying to ensure I had enough to do. The female character was a little underwritten, so that took a bit of work, and continued to do so all the way through shooting, because that sometimes happens."

The "Friends" star elaborates that her character also has different levels, despite her profession. "She doesn't initially agree to sign up for his adventure because, despite being a stripper, she has morals, she has boundaries, and breaking the law is not something she's willing to do. But she's broke. And David's offered to pay her a lot of money, so she feels she has no choice."

Jennifer Aniston has appeared in many different roles. She was a dominating, manipulative dentist in "Horrible Bosses," and a con girl in "Derailed" but most people still see her as a nice, All-American girl. Her role as Rachel Green in Friends is a valuable factor, but being the "victim" in the Brangelina affair also stuck to audience's minds.

Despite that image, Jennifer points out that she likes a little thrill and danger now and then. Her latest film has locations in Mexico, and she corrects the impression that she just stays at her plush hotel when the camera stops rolling: "Have I gone over the border? Of course I have! I brought my dog over that border. Should I be saying that?" she jokes. "And my friend takes care of this orphanage in Tijuana. It's a beautiful place to visit."
