Bethenny Frankel Dating New Man Before Divorce Is Finalized

Bethenny Frankel in a new relatiohship before her divorce is finalized? It's a very strange move from Bethenny, who is obsessed with her image. But her new billionaire boyfriend, Warren Lichtenstein, certainly is supportive of Bethenny. He reportedly goes to Bethenny Frankel's taping for her talk show and watches her show from the control room according to RadarOnline.

Her new relationship heats up as Warren stays in the control room and watches Bethenny work at her daytime talk show. But would Bethenny get involved in a new realtionship before her divorce to husband Jason Hoppy?

Bethenny and Warren were seen vacationing in St. Tropez, Aspen Colorodo and Beverly Hills but the news of Lichtenstein cozying up to the talk show host where she works is a brand new development for Frankel who isn't even divorced yet. It isn't like Bethenny to disappoint her viewres that will disagree with her new feeling for Lichtenstein pre divorce.

The wealthy hedge fund manager "has been attending tapings of Bethenny's talk show. He has become one of her most trusted advisers, and she has tremendous respect for him. Warren typically watches from the control room, and is kept away from guests and the audience," a source tells Radar.

"Bethenny is going through a very nasty divorce with Jason (Hoppy), but that won't stop her from living her life. Bethenny and Warren are very much together, and a couple. The timing isn't right for her to publicly reveal it."

Bethenny Frankel took a much needed vacation with Warren in Saint Tropez back in July. Frankel needed a break from her shared apartment and impending divorce with Jason Hoppy with her new wealthy flame.  After countless fights with Hoppy and preparing for her new talk show, Frankel was in need of a little fun in the sun.

So are Bethenny officially a Warren a couple? It's very possible, even though Frankel is not officially divorced  and claims she is in no place in her life to start a new relationship.

But, an insider revealed, "Bethenny doesn't want to go public with the relationship because her divorce to husband Jason isn't yet finalized.

"She feels that it would alienate her fans if she confirmed the relationship, since it happened so quickly after the split from Jason. The relationship became romantic after Bethenny filed for divorce and she has been spending all of her free time with Bryn at Warren's apartment. Jason is still living in their Tribeca apartment. It's very stressful."

Bethenny suspiciously went on vacation to Hong Kong with Warren in 2012 without her then husband.

Then, she rang in New Year's with the billionaire and Bryn at his vacation home in Aspen, Colo.

The pair was also photographed dining at Spago's in Beverly Hills, Calif., during a trip in early 2013.

"Bethenny has always been attracted to men that have money," a source said.

 "Warren treats Bethenny like a queen and she enjoys going on vacation with him. Money is never an object and she doesn't have to worry about anything when she is with Warren. He has a private jet, plus homes all over the world.

"Bethenny needed to get away from all of the stress of the divorce."

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy's divorce was getting extremely unflattering. Jason and Bethenny had an "epic argument" after a divorce court hearing and then Bethenny called Jason "trash" and "lazy" and "stupid." The worst part; Bethenny said these nasty comments in front of daughter Bryn.

Jason won't move out of their Tribeca apartment to be close to their daughter and financial wars continue in divorce court.

Frankel allegedy called Hoppy the atrocious names because of Hoppy's stubbornness in court. The ex RHONY just wants to settle and move on and thinks Jason is just being a baby.

A source close to Frankel and Hoppy said about the newest divorce blowup:

"The argument took place in their swanky Tribeca apartment. She also said Jason was lazy and stupid, because Jason doesn't have a regular full-time job."

The argument caused Jason's lawyer to file documents in the ongoing custody dispute over Bryn.

Hoppy recently told Frankel that he didn't want Bryn to appear on her upcoming talk show, after cameras wre rolling with Bryn in their multi-million dollar apartment. Bethenny was forced to film in her bedroom instead of in the common spaces of the NYC home.

"He doesn't want Bethenny to have Bryn in the audience, or do pre-taped segments for the show. He just doesn't feel that their daughter should be on display on Bethenny's talk show," a source said.

And one insider says Hoppy is careful about what he says around their daughter. "Jason has always been very, very careful to never say anything negative about Bethenny in front of Bryn, the source said, adding that Jason believes Bethenny does not play by the same rules.

An eyewitness says Frankel arrived to court looking frail, tired, and underweight, while ex-husband Hoppy was "tan, put together, sharp and well rested." Hoppy was still wearing his wedding band, but the "Bethenny Ever After" star was not.

The reality star turned talk show host has plenty reason to be exhausted these days.  Looking after a three year old, running a multimillion dollar empire, and starring in multiple television shows can't be easy for the native New Yorker.  Adding a messy, heartbreaking, publicized divorce to the mix... Frankel looks less like her formal glamorous self and more in desperate need of a nap.

Frankel, 42, split from husband Jason Hoppy, 41, a pharmaceutical sales exec, just before Christmas. The pair married in March 2010 on her reality show "Bethenny Getting Married" and filed for divorce in January 2013.

Bethenny is also asking the court for full custody of daughter, but Hoppy won't budge.

Bethenny will have to prove that she is a more fit parent than Hoppy, taking multiple parental tests and digging up reasons why Hoppy is not as fit to look after Bryn as she is.

She will have to argue that he should receive meaningful visitation but not make day-to-day decisions over the child.

In a past interview, Bethenny opened up about her divorce:

 "It's rough. I have to say, divorce is the most difficult thing you could ever go through in your entire life," said the "Bethenny" host.

Though at first Bethenny announced: "We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," but as the divorce gets more heated the Skinny-Girl CEO is clearly changing her tune.

She told morning anchor Greg Kelly On April 11th that divorce is a "brutal, unnatural situation."

"I never heard how excruciating it is," she admitted, adding that she "never thought" she'd be in this situation.

Glad that the talk show host is taking a breather and may even be looking for a new love after such a bitter breakup.
