According to Fox Sports, Los Angeles Clippers star Blake Griffin confirmed the birth to the Los Angeles Times that his girlfriend Brynn Cameron gave birth to his son, reportedly named Ford Wilson Cameron-Griffin, last month.

Here are five things you might not know about Griffin's girlfriend Brynn, as reported by IB Times:

1. Blake Griffin, 24, and Cameron, 27, were first linked together in 2011, when sports blog Terez Owens revealed that the pair was dating.

2. According to that report, Brynn's brother is Jordan Cameron, a former USC football player and current member of the Cleveland Browns. Brynn and Griffin met after Griffin quickly became friends with Jordan.

3. TMZ reports that Griffin and Cameron had broken up by the time their son was born.

4. The child Cameron had with Griffin is her second child; she has a child from a past relationship with Matt Leinart, a former quarterback at USC, her alma mater.

5. Cameron had her first child, Cole Cameron Leinart, in 2006, while she and Leinart were still attending college at USC. However, Leinart broke up with Cameron before Cole was born.

Griffin said in a statement to the Los Angeles Times: "We are very happy to have a healthy baby, but respectfully request to keep our personal affairs private and let us focus on parenting our son."
