Miley Cyrus VMA Performance: Saturday Night Live Performance More Provocative? October 5 Show Rumored To Be Crazier

Miley is taking the 'Saturday Night Live' stage on Oct. 5 HollywoodLife.com has learned that her MTV VMA performance was nothing compared to what she has planned for Saturday.

"Miley's singing performances are going to be talked about more than the VMAs," a source close to the singer revealed to HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

"She is going to be very controversial and use the live aspect of the show to her advantage, and also take advantage of the lateness of the show to cross some boundaries and be very scandalous."

But Miley Cyrus' VMA performance isn't the only thing fans have been buzzing about.

Irish singer Sinead O' Connor wrote an open letter to Miley Cyrus saying that she shouldn't allow herself to become a vulgar toy "prostituted" by the music industry, the New York Daily News reports, leaving fans wondering if she's upset over her new "Wrecking Ball" video.

"The music business doesn't give a s--- about you, or any of us," O'Connor wrote.

"They will prostitute you for all you are worth, and cleverly make you think it's what YOU wanted and when you end up in rehab as a result of being prostituted, 'they' will be sunning themselves on their yachts in Antigua, which they bought by selling your body and you will find yourself very alone."

But Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball" video and her feud with O' Connor isn't the only things her fans are buzzing about.

Liam Hemsworth was spotted hanging out in New York City with a smile on his face just weeks after breaking up with Miley Cyrus and hooking up with Eiza Gonzalez, leaving many wondering if he's feeling better now that he's single.
