After backing out of being a spokesperson for the perfume company Adrenalina Inc, Selena Gomez could end up paying the fragrance franchise millions.

In April, the scent company began suing Justin Bieber's ex for supposedly bailing from a contract to endorse the brand.

Gomez attempted to retaliate by issuing a counter lawsuit claiming that Adrenalina Inc. owed her more than $5.2 million due to the business deal crumbling.

Furthermore, the corporation allegedly said they spent $2 million to research and develop the deal with Gomez. In response, the singer said the company was broke and didn't even have the means to make her product.

"Any claim that Selena did not meet her promotional obligations is ridiculous, manufactured after Adrenalina was terminated," said Gomez's attorney Michael Weinstein, according to TMZ. "Selena will vigorously defend this lawsuit, and will soon bring her own lawsuit against Adrenalina for millions in damages."

Now Gomez is singing a different tune and is agreeing to pay a six figure sum to end the lawsuit ordeal. The sum may be increased do to other factors in the case.
