Why is IU At The Police Station?

IU was announced on February 10 to have been selected as a spokesperson of prevention against school violence.

Policemen stated that even when a case of violence occurs, the kids feel that they won't be able to get help from the school or the police but they're wrong. The authorities are working towards educating students in Korea how serious violence is. They want to let students know that the police will always be there to help in cases of violence in schools.

IU expressed her understanding of the importance of the role and promised that she will try her best to be a positive influence to the students in Korea as the spokesperson for prevention against school violence.
