HTC One Max Release Date Fixed For November [RUMOR]; Verizon Announces The Phablet ‘Coming This Holiday Season’; Canada Not Getting The Giant Smartphone

After a plethora of rumors about HTC One Max, finally, the giant smartphone was already launched. However, the mobile industry does not have yet specific details about HTC One Max release date.

However, since the Taiwanese phablet has recently been unveiled, rumors suggest that HTC One Max release date will most likely be set for this month or November. The smartphone manufacturer revealed that the global HTC One Max release will commence this October, but did not say further details about specific markets.

As for carriers, Sprint and Verizon already announced that they will be carrying HTC One Max, as posted on Gotta Be Mobile. Verizon did share its HTC One Max release date, but gave only such little information and about it. According to the carrier, Verizon HTC One Max release date will be set for this holiday season.

More details were discovered about HTC One Max release date from the GCF or the Global Certification Forum. Accordingly, the Verizon HTC One Max release date proves to be more imminent as it has already acquired GCF approval, specifically the phablet model with 4G LTE radios for the Verizon Wireless network.

Meanwhile, as posted on Android Community, the HTC One Max maker has no plans to release the humongous smartphone in Canada. HTC told Mobile Syrup, "at this time the current HTC line up of devices is sufficient for the Canadian marketplace." Furthermore, HTC's statement also mentioned things about "how each market is different and has different demands" as well as how they have considered several factors such as competition, available HTC devices, among others.

HTC One Max was unveiled sporting features such as 5.9-inch screen, 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 600, 2 GB RAM and an additional security feature and tool for app shortcut, a fingerprint sensor, found on the back of the device.
