'Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters' Zoey Deutch And Lucy Fry Are Also Best Friends In Real Life; Emphasizes That Girls Should Always Choose Their BFF Over Guys

The  "Vampire Academy" is will be hitting theaters by February 2014 and its fans are all eager for the heart-racing scenes that will be included in the film. More than the action-packed angles of the film, it will likewise show genuine friendship. Zoey Deutch and Lucy Fry, lead stars of the film, does not encounter much difficulty portraying the roles of best friends because they are very close in real life.

In an interview with MTV News, the two shared their instant connection with each other. "I instantly fell in love with her. We went and practiced the scene together in a room before we went in, and it was really good. It kind of helped me to relax because I was super nervous. Zoey was more confident, and I kind of remember going through the lines," said Fry

"I was acting confident. That was the real performance - tricking myself and the other people into thinking I was confident," Deutch added.

Just like their on-screen personalities, Deutch is the more confident and headstrong one whereas Fry remains to be the diplomatic one. More than the action and romance involved in the storylines, Deutch says that they initially drawn to the film because of the emphasis that it placed on friendship:

"That's one of the messages that I love about this film, is that it's sending such a nice idea to young girls that you should prioritize your best friends before boys."
