Kate Hudson Reveals Her Ultimate Secret In Maintaining Her Impressively Toned Body; Mother Of Two Even Hired A Professional Choreographer To Coach Her!

Despite having two children, Kate Hudson shows that she is still able to maintain her statuesque body in the cover of 'Shape' magazine. Apart from adoring the magazine's November cover, the blonde beauty has likewise revealed guidelines for staying fit.

Clad in a pink sports bra and black biker shorts, the 'Bride Wars' actress divulges that her toned body is the reward of her hard work specifically Pilates regime. The actress has been practicing the routine for 15 years now. Apart from it, she likewise dances and has even enlisted the help of 'Dancing with the Stars' choreographer Derek Hough.

"I work out to feel great but also to look. There's no way a woman gets up to work out at 6:30 a.m. just for the mood boost. She wants to fit into her jeans and look fantastic too," explains Hudson. To make sure that she does not miss her workout sessions even in the midst of pictorials or shootings, she carries a jump rope in her bags.

More importantly, she remains firm in counting her calories: "I remember a few years ago I needed to lose some weight but just couldn't drop these 15 pounds. Turns out I was eating about 3,500 calories a day because I was constantly snacking on cashews! I don't care how many people say it's a "good fat," that really got me."
