Lebron James Says Kevin Garnett Owes Ray Allen An Apology; KG Tells The King To ‘Worry About Miami!’

Lebron James took shots at former Boston Celtics Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce. These two guys are not known for taking anything.

The reigning NBA Most Valuable Player's major beef is how Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and the rest of the rabid and loyal Boston Celtics fan base have been maligning their former teammate, now Miami Heat gunner Ray Allen.

Lebron James' point is, now that Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce have left Boston, their statements are hypocritical.

Lebron's statements from ESPN: "I think the first thing I thought was 'wow, Ray got killed for leaving Boston and now these guys are leaving Boston. I think it's OK, I didn't mind it. But there were a couple guys who basically (expletive) on Ray for leaving and now they're leaving. That's the nature of our business, man. I don't know what Boston was going through at the end of the day. I know Ray had to make the best decision for him and his family and his career. Doc, KG and Paul did that as well. You can't criticize someone who does something that's best for their family."

"I can relate to that, you think so? I'm the No. 1 relator," James said. "I've been through it all, I know all about it."

Kevin Garnett is not going to take this sitting down. He has been the most critical of Ray Allen, characterized by that famous refusal of a handshake in their first meeting. Lebron may have a point there. It does seem harsh and unfair now.

"Tell LeBron to worry about Miami. It has nothing to do with Celtic business,"

For Paul Pierce, he reminds Lebron of an important detail in his accusation: "I left Boston?"

For the record, No. Pierce did not leave Boston. Garnett can't feign innocence. He has a "no-trade" clause that states that any trade would have to merit his approval. He obviously did. For Pierce, maybe he didn't leave Boston, and he doesn't have a no-trade clause but it's hard to imagine that he did not have a say in this.

Come on, Paul. You're not a rookie. You're a 15 year Celtic veteran. They would not let you go unless you want them to.

It's hard to deny that KG and Pierce jumped off a sinking ship. Just like Allen. They're only mad because Allen beat them to it, and now has more jewelry than they do.
