Lucy Hale Is Happy To Overcome Eating Disorder; ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Star Reveals Her Fitness Secrets

Lucy Hale might have been a previous victim of an eating disorder but now that she's back on track, she has happily revealed her workout tips and secrets for maintaining her health.

The 24-year-old star proudly admits that she was able to conquer her struggles when it comes to body and weight issues. The ordeal that she went through was basically her motivation to inspire others to prioritize their fitness.

"If I can help one person, that's awesome, you know? I'm just a normal girl, and everyone has issues. I'm just happy if it helps somebody," says the 'Pretty Little Liars' star.  

What is the brunette beauty's secret for having an incredibly toned body?

 "I like to run and I work out with a great trainer sometimes. I recently got into hot yoga...which was, up until a few months ago, like, forbidden! I hate the heat, but having to stand still and relax has been really good for me," she reveals.

Hot yoga, which pertains to yoga exercises being done during hot and humid conditions, is currently being raved about by young Hollywood celebrities including 'Beastly' actress Vanessa Hudgens and 'Vampire Diaries' star Nina Dobrev.

Hale adds that even if she does hot yoga workouts and running exercises around Los Angeles, California, she still never deprives herself from having luscious meals:  "I enjoy exercise, I'm lucky in that sense...but I love food just as much as I love working out!  It's kind of a good balance."
