Britney Spears’ Father Wants Bigger Payment For Taking Care Of Her; Mr. Spears Also Asking For Compensation For Medical Issues Caused By His Daughter’s Controversial Life

The 31-year-old singer's father, Jamie Spears, reportedly asks for more money from his pop star daughter. In 2008, Mr. Spears has been granted a conservatorship order permitting him to control his daughter's finances.

However, he wants an $800-increase for his allowance since his "rent has steadily escalated for over the last three years." He is likewise asking for another $2,000 to fund his duties in looking after his pop star daughter. If granted, he will have a total of $4,000 for each month.

Due to the highly controversial life that his daughter leads, Mr. Spears has also asked monetary compensation for "numerous medical issues that arose that required extensive communication." Despite these demands, the father claims that he is working to "maximize the contractual benefits she would receive with a minimum of financial risk to her and a safe structured and pleasant environment."

The request is yet to be approved and it will be based on the results of a court hearing on October 29.
