Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Signed A $380 Million Pre-Nuptial Agreement; Source Claims That ‘World War Z’ Actor Is Romantic But Also Very Practical

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly completed a pre-nuptial agreement that's estimated to be worth $380 million.

The power couple, who currently has six children, are planning to tie the knot this December and in order to make everything secure, the lawyers of the 'World War Z' actor came up with a 101-page marital agreement. The agreement states that in the event of a separation, the '12 Years a Slave' actor will be able to keep his $209-million fortune whereas the 'Salt' actress will keep her $171-million assets.

They have likewise included a clause in the agreement that they'd be sharing equal joing custody of their six children should they decide to part ways.

According to Grazia magazine, Jolie was quite hesitant about having the pre-nuptial agreement but her husband persuaded her for its practicality: "He's a romantic guy, but also very practical, and given they're worth £200 million between them, six children, and a lot of property across the globe, it definitely makes sense."

The same source adds that the agreement is significant since the couple is no stranger to separations: "Both Brad and Angelina have been married before so they know how messy a divorce can get. It's even more important this time because there are children involved and Brad wants them to cover all eventualities."

Since the couple cannot legally marry in France, the two are reportedly planning to have the ceremony in Hawaii and just have a winter-themed reception at their French home, Chateau Mirav.
