Kate Middleton Did Not Mind Playing Volleyball In Heels For A Charity Event! ‘She’s A Good Listener And Wanted To Hear Everything From The Young People,” Said Charity Spokesperson

Three months after giving birth to Prince George, the Duchess of Cambridge shows that she is not afraid to go out in public by gracing the charity event of Sportsaid. As the new patron of the group, she did go there for nothing. Unaffected by the fact that she was wearing wedges, she joined a volleyball game.

"People were really impressed how she could come out so soon for an event like this, so soon after having her baby," one official of Sportsaid declared.

Prince William's wife started by mingling with the athletes which are comprised of soccer players, fencers, para-athletes in wheelchairs, and badminton players. Charity spokesman Simon Worsfold described the players' encounter with the duchess: "She's a good listener and wanted to hear everything from the young people."

Afterwards, she showed her athletic side by going to the makeshift volleyball court. She did not mind making leaps and striking the ball even if she's clad in an outfit that's far from volleyball garb.

"Everyone kept talking about  how great she looked, and even though she was wearing heels, played volleyball.  There was no sign she had even stopped doing royal duties because of her pregnancy and the birth . And the way she dressed, casual in jeans, which she thought was appropriate for the occasion," said ABC's royal consultant Victoria Murphy.

The Duchess will soon be building her own profile of charities that will require her appearances. She currently has 7 charities including Sportsaid that caters to the needs of young people inclined with sports. At present, the charity sponsors 1,500 young British atheletes and para-athletes who may soon be the country's future Olympians.
