Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Release Finally Hits International HTC One Models, Brings In Sense 5.5, Option To Disable BlinkFeed Feature

While the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean release did not promise ground-breaking updates to current Android phones when it was announced back in July, owners of the HTC One and One mini have other things in mind. Aside from the fact that the phones are getting an upgrade as far as stability and security are concerned, they would also get the much awaited Sense 5.5 release.

Now, if you own an international edition of the HTC One, then your wait is finally over. Today, the Android 4.3 update will start rolling out on HTC One phones which were mostly released in Asia.

Some of the notable changes include the Sense 5.5 skin, several software and hardware capability upgrades, and an option to disable the BlinkFeed feature.

In case you are an HTC One owner and your phone already prompts you to upgrade, you may want to go to the nearest reliable Wi-Fi hotspot. According to GSM Arena, the update size is 675MB.
