Ahead of the Samsung Galaxy S5 release date, the device is already rumored to come with specs such as 8-core 64-bit processor, 3 GB RAM, 32 GB basic internal memory, longer battery life and a much better camera - probably with a 16 MP or 21 MP sensor.
