Xbox One Release Date: Microsoft’s ‘One Tour’ To Visit 75 Cities To Give Gamers Chance To Access Next-Gen Console Before Arriving On The Market

Xbox One release date is already set but Microsoft still has some tricks up their sleeves to further excite the gamers.

Weeks ahead of the official Xbox One release date, Microsoft set up a motorcade of customized trucks for the international tour of its upcoming gaming console, the Xbox One. Called the One Tour, this Microsoft event will lead up to the official Xbox One release date. Basically, the objective of the international even is to give chance to gamers to try and experience the console prior to the confirmed Xbox One release date.

As posted on International Business Times, the Xbox One Tour is slated for a visit to 75 cities. Some of these lucky cities are Chicago, New York, Seattle, Las Vegas, Vancouver and Paris. The One Tour started this month and will run until the end of 2013.

As posted on the official page of the tour, "Drop in on one of our Area One parties to experience the new Xbox One console before it goes on sale November 22. With live music, live gameplay, and more, you and your friends can paint the town green."

Furthermore, gamers need to bring their ID to the event because accordingly, only those 18 years old and above will be allowed to experience the Xbox One from the Area One trucks.

Some of the free launch titles that gamers can try during the One Tour event are "Dead Rising 3," "Forza Motorsport 5" and "Killer Instinct'"

The official Xbox One release date is November 22 in various markets such as US, UK, Canada, Mexico, Germany and more. It is priced $499 in the US , while it gets a price tag of £429 in United Kingdom and €500 in Europe. Xbox One specs include upgraded graphics chip, 8-core processor, 500 GB hard drive, 8 GB RAM and a blu-ray player.
