Thor 2: The Dark World Trailer, News – The Mighty Chris Hemsworth Strengthens Chemistry With On-Screen Brother, Tom Hiddleston

The new "Thor 2: The Dark World" trailer has been released and the new movie will soon be shown in the big screen. After the release of the first "Avengers" movie, Marvel is once again prepping up fans for their second movie by showing one-by-one the main characters on the big screen.

Chris Hemsworth talks about his on-screen relationship with his on-screen brother Tom Hiddleston, also known as Loki.

"I don't think they're going back to being best friends, but I think Thor's at a loss about how they got to this point, 'cause for him I think all this stuff came out of nowhere. I think that then in this film he certainly can acknowledge now, with a maturity, that, okay, he should have been more aware of Loki over the years, and where he was positioned and all of this, and why maybe that led him down a certain path. So I think there's a sort of an empathetic view for Loki that no one else can have because they're not bound by blood." The actor who plays Thor told Cinema Blend.

Their off-screen relationship however is a solid one as they usually share similar interests in things.

"It was kind of perfect, the way he and I were at very similar points in our career. We'd done bits and pieces but nothing that had ut us on a platform like this was about to. We were both as excited about the whole process and had the same sort of passion for films and these types of stories. We'd just be giggling: 'We were just on set with Sir Anthony Hopkins, can you believe this? And Kenneth Branagh directing! How the hell did we get here?' And on The Avengers it was the same thing: 'Oh my God, that's Robert Downey and Sam Jackson!' Some of the stuff I look most forward to are my scenes with Tom. We've had a hell of a lot of fun." He Told Empire Magazine.
