NBA Preseason Rankings: See Which Team Is Hot And Not Three Days Into The Regular Season, Bulls Remain Unbeaten

Three days left before the 2014 NBA season starts and there are teams expected to dominate and there are teams that surprised fans for doing good as well in the preseason games.

One of the hot teams expected to do well in this upcoming NBA games is the Chicago Bulls. With the much-anticipated return of superstar Derrick Rose in the line up, the Bulls finished with a clean record of eight wins that ended the preseason games with a 94-89 win over the Denver Nuggets.

The former MVP, after missing one whole season due to an ACL injury, finished with 15 points without the presence of their starting center Joakim Noah and guard Kirk Hinrich due to injuries.

The Toronto Raptors are ranking high as well after just dropping one game to the Minnesota Timberwolves on their opening match and finishing the preseason with a 6-1 record.

The last game between the Canada-based team against the Milwaukee Bucks yesterday, however was cut short because of issues regarding the slippery floor.

Officials cut short the game with only 5:58 left in the first quarter. Players, the coaches and referees were also worried about the floor condition that it might pose a threat for everyone who was on the floor.

Raptors guard DeRozan said, "It was really bad. I couldn't cut to get open. It wasn't the grip, it was just giving way when you try to cut. I was really scared. Amir Johnson and I fell on one play, and I tried to get up and I fell again."

On the Western Conference, the New Orleans Pelicans seem to surprise the NBA with a 6-1 record, becoming best team in the preseason for the west after finishing with a poor 27-55 performance last season.

Among others, teams expected to dominate the season are the defending champions, the Miami Heat, the comeback of a now-healthy Oklahoma Thunder, who were the runner-up for the 2012 NBA finals and last year's runner up, San Antonio Spurs.

Basketball clubs with new transactions like the Houston Rockets and Brooklyn Nets after acquiring all-star players like Dwight Howard, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce, are expected to do well for the new NBA season.
